To make you more at ease, we offer a 1-year guarantee. Allow returns on all goods (including personalized) within 10 days of receiving your order, this is calculated by the date shown as delivered on your tracking.

But pls follow the next steps:

1. Contact us by sales.freemanlifestyle@gmail.com and declare the reason why want to return. If it is due to a quality issue, then pls take some photos or videos attached.
2. Apply for a return refund in the store. We will deal with it within 24 hours after receiving your emails.
3. After confirming the requirements on the emails, we will refund within 2 days and tell you whether need to send back the goods.
