• Do I need to pay extra taxes or deal with the customs clearance?

• No, it is not necessary. We send small parcels to various countries through Yuntu Express and then provide door-to-door service through local express carriers.
  You are required to submit specific address information when placing an order, including specific states, cities, streets, house numbers, local zip codes, and valid phone numbers.

• What is the return and refund process?

About "Wooden Watches"

• Are the watches waterproof?

• Frequent soaking of wood in water can cause mold, deformation, or rot. We recommend keeping the wood away from the water as much as possible. All the watches are just splashed waterproof. Please, don't wear them when taking a shower or swimming. You could also read our blog and know more about wood watches.

• Are the watches made of real wood materials?

• Yeah all of them are handmade with natural wood material. Most are ebony, walnut, zebrawood, red sandalwood, olive, etc. We have an FSC certificate and all the materials are eco-friendly.

• How to adjust the length of the straps of the watches?

• When you bought a watch, you will get a free booklet and a small band adjustment tool. The instruction with pictures and explanations step by step will help you adjust the straps' length. Or please refer to the blog "How to adjust a wood watch band?". If still failed and have more questions, pls be free to message us and we will help.

• Can I get some extra links, batteries, or some other accessories?

• It is possible. If anything you need else pls message us.

• What type of metal is used for the watch clasp?

• The type of metal used for the clasp of the watch is 304 stainless steel.

• What type of battery is used?

• The watches' batteries are top-quality Japanese batteries and can work for more than 2 years.

• How can I adjust the date&time on the watches?

• Pull out the crown, you can feel the two gears.
  Pull the crown out to the first gear, and adjust the date by turning the crown clockwise or counterclockwise;
  Pull the crown out to the second gear, and adjust the time by turning the crown clockwise or counterclockwise.
  After adjustment, push the crown back to its original position.

• How can I learn the usage of chronographs?

• How can I wind my mechanical watches?

• The mechanical watches in this store are all automatic mechanical watches. There are two ways to wind:
  When worn on the wrist, by shaking the arm, the inside of the watch will get rid of the corresponding swing, to achieve the function of automatic winding;
  If you don’t wear it on your hand and want to wind it manually, just turn the crown clockwise about 20 times. Adjust the time and continue to use it. You can also refer to the graphic introduction on the product details page.

• How to make my personalized engraving on the watch?

• On the product details page, you can find buttons and input boxes for selecting engraving templates.
  If you want to modify our existing design template, please select the template in the drop-down box option, and enter the text you want to replace in the input box;
  If you want to be fully customized and do not need our existing design templates, please select "Fully Personalized" in the drop-down box option, and enter your personalized galaxy in the input box.
  The engraving requirements will be reflected in the order information, you can check and confirm before payment.
  If you have special requirements such as fonts or other patterns, please send us a message.

• Can wooden watches make me allergic?

• The watches use only 100% natural wood, we do not use toxic chemicals to treat or protect the wood.
  For any customer experiencing wrist discomfort (itching or rash) after wearing our watch, we recommend that you stop wearing the watch and consult your physician.
  Nickel allergy
  The watch features a stainless steel (304) clasp for those who may be allergic to nickel. See the following study from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9330816):
  In 1994, the journal published a study on nickel release and allergic contact dermatitis from nickel-plated metals and stainless steel. Results showed that low-sulfur stainless steel grades like 304 released less than 0.03 µg/cm2/week of nickel in acidic artificial sweat and did not cause reactions in patients already sensitive to nickel.

• How do I take care of my watch to prevent cracking and increase durability?

About "Wooden Sunglasses"

• What are the lenses of sunglasses like?

• As standard, all wooden sun glasses come with European Standard (CE) compliant UV 400 (100% UVA/UVB) lenses and injected polarizing filters. Our Tac lenses were chosen for their superior optical clarity, impact resistance, and ability to eliminate visible glare (atmospheric and reflections) for improved clarity and more vibrant colors.

• Why should I care about polarized lenses?

• Polarized lenses work by blocking out the light that is reflected off of different surfaces. The lenses contain a special filter that allows only vertically aligned light waves to pass through and blocks out all other light waves. This helps reduce glare and allows for better vision while outdoors.

• How long will my bamboo or wood sunglasses last?

• Our products are all made from durable bamboo or multi- and cross-grain layered hardwoods chosen for their long-lasting durability and visual properties. Adult glasses will last a lifetime as long as you take care of them! That being said, there are a few tips to help you maintain and preserve your wooden glasses in their most pristine form:
  To get the most out of your purchase, we recommend that you do not leave your sunglasses in extremely hot or cold temperatures for extended periods of time as this may affect the protective coating. Always try to store your wooden glasses in the pouches and hard tubes provided, and use a microfiber or suede material to clean the lenses to help prevent scratches.
  When removing your sunglasses, avoid the habit of pulling them off with one hand, as this may put unnecessary pressure on the spring hinges (this applies to all glasses!)

• Will these sunglasses float on water?

• Yes they will. Given that they are made of wood or bamboo, they are ultra-light, so they can float on water. You don't have to worry about losing it by falling into the water during outdoor activities.
